New Candidate List: Resolved Note Author Filter Issue

We fixed an issue on the new Candidate List, where Advanced Search returned no results when searching Notes using the Author field combined with any other parameter, such as Date Added or Action. The search now returns results correctly when the Author field is used with additional search criteria.
